Our mission is to equip program leaders who are providing vital services to their communities with the operational tools they need to deliver impact.
We believe such services will become MORE vital in the future, as our world becomes increasingly disconnected and disparities become more stark across income, race, gender, and other social determinants of health and wealth.

The programs we work with are directly combating these problems, whether it's a program to improve student access to college, a women's leadership forum, an accelerator focused on supporting entrepreneurs at the earliest stages, and more. So we're building tech so that the folks leading these programs can focus more on what matters, scale, and measure impact… instead of wrestling with spreadsheets, Airtable, or Salesforce implementations that were built for salespeople.
Our CEO Sruti Bharat is a woman of color who has built and led programs for underrepresented groups for over a decade; she started her career by leading CRM and ERP implementations! Our CTO Chris Greenwood taught himself how to code without going to college. We love this product and the customers.
